The BrightSource ® VEHICLE SPECIFIC KIT Designed for Canadian vehicles by Canadian drivers WHAT’S IN THE BOX? Depending on your vehicle, the BrightSource VSK may include the following components – all designed for simple plug and play installations: OPTICOUPLER The BrightSource ® Opticoupler is manufactured in British Columbia. It is a control unit designed to optimize your bulb life and performance. This unit is also programmed to move your Daytime Running Light from High Beam to Low Beam (where required). This function ensures you are not pro jecting a glaring high beam into oncoming traffic. There are other control features built into the Opticoupler to make the operation of your vehicle specific kit as seamless as the OEM headlight. HARNESS The correct harness for your vehicle’s bulbs is included in the kit and includes a dummy plug to ensure weatherproofing for your exposed con nectors (if needed). CUSTOM DESIGNED DUST CAPS WITH GROMMETS Specifically designed for your vehicle, these custom dust caps ensure the interior of your headlight remains water-tight. Some LED bulbs have larger bases than the halogen factory bulb and these dust caps provide the clearance to ensure a tight fit for the headlight. ANTI-FLICKER DEVICES, DIELECTRIC GREASE AND OTHER COMPONENTS Supplied as needed to ensure the life of your LED bulb upgrades and delivers perfectly, every time you drive.
